Thanks to the easy push & pull actuation, the TW111 service coupler connects instantly to ¼” / 5/16" SAE male Schrader valves, thus being the ideal tool for filling refrigerants.

The integrated shut-off valve prevents the media escape by up to 99%. The refrigerant remains in the filling hose and can be correctly disposed of. Besides environmental protection, the operator is thus protected from cold burns to the hands.

The service connector is rated for an operating pressure of max. 610 psi and has a chloroprene seal as standard for most common refrigerants. For filling R410A refrigerant the quick coupler has an EPDM front seal. It is the customer’s responsibility to clarify the media compatibility.

The TW111 is available with either straight or 90° media inlet. The colour-coded sliding sleeve, red or blue, for the high or low side service port of A/C units avoids mistaken use.

TW111 is also available in convenient Pro Sets. These are available either with in-line or 90° media inlets and consist of one adapter for the high pressure side, one connector for the low pressure side, a front seal seat and an O-ring picker.
