CLICKMATE® Connector TW154
For many years, emergency services such as fire departments and disaster control have relied on the tried-and-tested CLICKMATE® TW154 for filling beathing air cylinders.
With the newly developed TVE1-S1 bleeding valve, WEH now offers the perfect addition for fast, safe and smooth filling.
If your system does not provide direct venting at the filling bar due to its design, our TW154 filling connector set with integrated TVE1-S1 bleeding valve is the ideal solution. With the new TVE1-S1 bleeding valve, the supply line can be vented directly at the quick connector after the filling process.
An integrated silencer in the bleeding valve significantly reduces the noise level during venting even when the pressure is relieved from 300 to 0 bar. The result: an efficient, safe and ergonomic workflow.

- Easy handling: The breathing air filling connector is connected directly to the standard thread of the cylinder valve. The expandable threaded segments ensure a secure connection without the hassle of screwing and unscrewing - simply turn the bracket by 90° and you're done!
- Maximum safety: The integrated safety peg prevents locking under pressure, always ensuring maximum security.
- Available for 200 bar and 300 bar breathing air cylinders: In order to always have the right tool to hand, the connector for 200 bar is equipped with a black locking lever and the one for 300 bar has a red lever.
- High-quality seals: The connector is equipped with a front seal made of NBR and inner seals made of FKM to ensure a reliable seal. Other seal materials are also available on request. The customer is responsible for clarifying the media compatibility.
- Intensive testing: Each connector has been thoroughly pressure and endurance tested to guarantee maximum reliability and durability.
